I purchased my new 2027 Bolt from Jenner Chevrolet, and I had a really great experience. My salesman, Austin, was amazing! He had the most knowledge about this vehicle (and EVs in general) of all the salespeople I had met around Victoria. He was also really nice, and most importantly made sure I was genuinely comfortable throughout the buying experience. Everyone else at Jenner was great too, such as being clear about the buying process and what I should expect (since I was a first-time car buyer). When there was a minor mix-up with a charging adapter being left behind at another dealership (due to a trade between them), Jenner went above and beyond and made sure I was happy by quickly providing a replacement. For all these reasons, I definitely plan on returning to Jenner in the future for my vehicle needs. I highly recommend them!

I had an amazing experience with Jenner chev. I was able to make a deal over the phone with Aidan, drove from Kelowna and was in and out of there with my new vehicle within a few hours. The financing was a breeze, crystal was amazing, I never felt pushed or pressured by anybody for anything, there was absolutely no surprises, everything was as we talked about over the phone. I got incredible value for what I paid, trading my vehicle was easy and they gave me a fair price, their prices on their vehicles and trade value offers outshined any other dealer in the Okanagan. Aidan even helped me clean out my very messy car and move everything to my new one including my sport rack. Very impressed with Jenner chev! Will definitely deal with them again!

Can’t express enough gratitude to Greg Lidstone at Jenner Cheverolet. We are from out of town and had to have our truck towed to Jenner Cheverolet a few nights ago. I spoke with Greg first thing the next morning and he said he would try to get us back on the road as soon as possible. I was completely astonished when I returned at 3pm that day to see when they may be able to squeeze us in, only to find the truck was ready to go. Outstanding service to an out of town customer. Would recommend 100%.

We worked with Aiden McAllister and he was absolutely fantastic. He helped find my mom get into a much nicer vehicle at a lower price than we expected. There was no pressure and he made the process those smoothie and went above and beyond taking care of us.

The service team at Jenner were amazing. I was in the area camping and my battery died. I called them at 3pm on a Friday afternoon asking if they could replace my battery. I was pleasantly surprised when they said to come in and they would get it done. We had to catch a ferry back to Vancouver later that day and these guys saved the day for us. Everyone was super professional, from the person that answered the phone to the service advisor. To the staff in the showroom while I was waiting and looking at cars. What a wonderful team you have. Congratulations.
